Though it has nothing to do with what I usually write about, I thought I would post a link to this site. It is a fascinating account of a woman named Elena who travels into the Chernobyl “dead zone” and records her journey with photographs. It is amazing to see how a city, and really a whole area of thousands of square miles, just froze at a specific moment in time.
