Wednesday March 8, 2006

Books: I was in the Christian bookstore yesterday. I noticed that the bargain section featured a very large stack of Ashley Smith’s book about how The Purpose Driven Life saved her life. Just to the right of that stack was a large number of Richard Abanes’ book about Warren. I guess Warren paraphenalia isn’t selling all that well!

Music: Speaking of Christian bookstores, the real reason I went there yesterday was to pick up the new Petra Farewell DVD which was released yesterday. I’m not sure if it’s cool or embarrassing. Or both. But it’s Petra’s final release so I had to get it!

Baby: From the “better late than never” file, Amy of Amy’s Humble Musings fame has welcomed a bundle of joy in the world. Charles Liam Scott was born on Saturday.

Conference: Phil Johnson has posted his highlights (and a few regrets) from this year’s Shepherd’s Conference.

    Should We Capitalize Divine Pronouns?

There are certain emails I receive on a routine basis and an especially common one relates to pronouns. By way of explanation, when some Christians use a pronoun…
