Monday January 9, 2006

Humor: Only in a far too politically correct world would this story be anything but funny. “Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is shutting down the system that creates movie recommendations on its shopping Web site after it linked a “Planet of the Apes” DVD to films about famous black Americans.”

Du Jour: Carolyn McCulley has a couple of posts from New Orleans (first, second) in which she notes God’s faithfulness and the faithfulness of those who lost so much through the hurricane.

Technology: Phillip Way (pastorway) has a tech tip that applies to users of all Operating Systems.

Blogging: In an obvious publicity stunt, Marc from Purgatorio claims he is quitting blogging, yet leaves himself an out. Sounds like there will be a reunion tour soon enough!
